Terms and Conditions

General
1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements and transactions between NaturePower BV (hereinafter referred to as "NaturePower") and its customers, installers, end-users, and distributors.

Exclusion of Liability
2.1. NaturePower is not responsible for damage, loss, costs, or errors arising directly or indirectly from the actions, negligence, or incorrect installation of its products by installers, end-users, or distributors.
2.2. NaturePower is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, inadequate maintenance, or any other action contrary to the usage and installation instructions provided by NaturePower.

Obligations of Installers, End-Users, and Distributors
3.1. Installers, end-users, and distributors must install, use, and maintain NaturePower products in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards, as well as the installation and user manuals provided by NaturePower.
3.2. Installers, end-users, and distributors are responsible for obtaining the necessary permits and approvals for the installation and use of NaturePower products, if applicable.

Complaints and Warranty
4.1. Complaints regarding NaturePower products must be reported to NaturePower in writing immediately. NaturePower will make efforts to address any defects in its products in accordance with its warranty policy.

Applicable Law
5.1. Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions and all agreements between NaturePower and its customers.

Disputes
6.1. All disputes arising from or related to these general terms and conditions or the agreements between NaturePower and its customers shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where NaturePower BV is located. By using the products and services of NaturePower BV, the customer, installer, end-user, or distributor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these general terms and conditions. NaturePower reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions at any time, with amended terms becoming effective once posted on the NaturePower website or otherwise communicated to the customer, installer, end-user, or distributor.
